Connected storage
Connect more than one account to your SLOG. Originals stay private in your accounts. SLOG stores encrypted access grants and checks circle permissions before streaming them. Choose Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive when configured. Videos are up to 50 MB; photos and other files up to 20 MB.
Originals & sharing
Choose one of your posts to manage its storage and viewer access. Spread links are created only when shared and loaded here only for the selected post.
Use iCloud for a phone photo
- In Photos, select the photo and use Share → Save to Files. Choose a folder in your own iCloud Drive.
- In Files, touch and hold that file and open its sharing options. Choose link sharing and view access. Apple may label this Share a Link or Collaborate. “People you choose” needs the recipients’ Apple access; “Anyone with the link” also permits people outside SLOG who obtain that link.
- Copy its sharing link. Use Manage selected post above, choose that photo, then Approve a new original location. Select iCloud, paste the link and approve the update.
This connects a pointer; SLOG does not sign in to iCloud or transfer your photo. An iCloud sharing page may require Apple’s viewer rather than an inline image. Stop its Apple sharing separately to revoke the underlying link.

Where home runs
An existing local or hosted server is required for your own address. SLOG does not provision those hosts. Background choices are used while your home is reachable; SLOG defaults remain available if it is offline.

Revenue collection and creator payouts are not connected. Views and spreads shown here are activity records, not money earned.
Authenticated viewers only. One view and one source-open per person per UTC day; your own views do not count. Source opens are clicks, not confirmed file views. These are attribution metrics, not payment or guaranteed audience verification.
Keep your words. Keep your world.
Conversations and selected files are saved in this browser on this device. In Admin → Originals & sharing, choose Save original copy to keep a backup outside the browser. Clearing browser data removes device originals. Other devices need your reachable storage link; connected cloud storage is optional for each conversation and file.
SLOG connects the dots. Your originals stay with you, even if you lose access to SLOG. Stop sharing removes access here; it does not delete your original.
The SLOG owner’s registry holds account and original-location metadata. File contents stay with you. External permissions, download restrictions and uptime belong to your storage provider. Connected cloud transfers happen only when you choose them. Payment processing is not implemented. Viewer watermarks deter capture; they cannot prevent screenshots or follow files opened elsewhere.

Default settings apply without publishing new code. Code updates still use the existing Sites deployment. Checks never copy originals or approve moves.
Accounts
Manage registered SLOG accounts by stable identity. Suspension stops sharing and member changes here; originals and records are preserved. This does not change storage-provider or website access permissions.
Original-location registry
Account identities and owner-registered file locations. SLOG holds these pointers, not the original files. This registry grants no extra storage-provider permission and cannot approve a move for the owner.

Latest 100 owner actions. Each saved action keeps before/after values.
